The luxury hotel had amiable staff at the reception desk, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our twin room had a particularly nice view of Hussain Sagar Lake, just as we had requested in advance. It was convenient to have coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator in the room.

The room was neat and stylish, complete with a shower, a greeting card, and 2 beds, perfect for our 12 o'clock check-in. The breakfast at Momo Cafe Food was super and awesome, something I had never experienced before in Hyderabad. The hotel's location was favorable and absolutely perfect, only a 5-minute drive to the Temple. Free on-site parking was provided, which was convenient. The staff was exceptional, offering fast check-in and accommodating a late check-out.

Really enjoyed this wonderful accommodation with lovely friendly staff who are working really hard to give exceptional service. The hotel had a very central location to stand there for a minute while waiting for the cab.

The staff were motivated and polite. The breakfast included a wide array of options, such as milk and eggs. The deluxe queen room had a modern design and views of the lake. The hotel's location was marvelous and beautiful, with easy access to a market and bakery.

I didn't like anything about the hotel.It doesn't deserve to be labled as 5star.

Reception claimed I don't have any booking & cannot find my reference. I was placed in a room where a/c was not working well. After 2 nights they sent someone to fix it but still it was not fixed till the time of chekout. Security insist on hand search for every guest even if the metal detector did not alarm.

i arrived early morning from airport and the staff could not locate my booking, it took them more thare 20 min to find it and turned out that they have mispelled my name even though i showed them my hard copy from Booked.net
